I did some research on Vitamin D3 (the type of vitamin D in this bottle) after my doctor visit, and it appears that overconsumption of the vitamin can be toxic and have adverse health effects. The healthiest thing to do with Vitamin D3 is to take around what you need rather than to When compared to Vitamin C, you can consume excessive amounts of Vitamin D3 without it being too harmful, but with Vitamin C this is not the case, and can have long-term detrimental effects. As well as the fact that if you were to take all 4 gummies A nutrient in excess such as calcium is also unsafe to consume. Contrary to more obscure nutrients, calcium and vitamin D are added to some processed foods (orange juice is an example of this). The conclusion I reach is therefore that taking such an excessive amount of calcium would be harmful since calcium can readily be obtained through other means. I believe that taking two gummies per day is more than adequate, and I encourage everyone who bought a bottle to take them as well. I will discontinue my use of these myself, to be honest. In my opinion, the manufacturer was too careless to write the dosages in this manner. Four gummies a day may have been inserted as a way to get people to finish their bottles faster, and not to encourage people to eat healthy. In the future, I'll be buying from somewhere else, and I'll pay more attention to the back label next time.

There is no problem with the taste. It is fruitful. I only take two a day, as recommended by my MD (four a day is the recommendation on the bottle). As a result, I'm getting as much as I pay for.

The gummies have been taking for years, and I have never had any problems. My last order was in May, and I have never had any problems since. We have found that at least 3 of the 6 bottles had a good deal of moisture in them. There was no way to separate the gummies despite vigorous shaking because they were slimy to touch and stuck together so firmly. These aren't anything similar to what I've seen over the past few years, and I'm not sure the bottles/moisture will remain safe and not create an environment for mold, bacteria, and whatever else may grow. If you need replacement items, can you ensure that the interiors aren't damp? With warm regards, JD.

I like their gummies as they are not overly sweet. I also like the multivitamin for women Alive. I prefer this to gelatin because it uses tapioca rather than gelatin, so it doesn't.

This is the regular dose of medication that I took. I started feeling sick and my heart started pounding. The next day, half a dose to be taken The same thing applies here. The only sun I get is in Seattle, so I am barely exposed, but after taking a dose of this I felt like I just took The meth stuff is just sitting in my bathroom cabinet because I am not a fan of it. It might be of interest to a Neghbor who is strung out. For moral reasons though, I can't hang around on the streets telling people what's wrong.
