That's right, I'm in agreement. The only Benadryl or Sudafed I've taken since I started taking this is in March. There's no way to put a price on this! It feels like my sinuses are no longer in a vice grip, I do not have headaches, and neither do I feel as groggy as before. The pills can make you feel tired or tired-headed. My life has really changed since I began using this technique. I now have so much more energy. The holistic vet I go to recommended this product to my dog who has allergies to environmental factors. It did not work, as with all the other things I have tried. What wasted money I've spent on products that didn't I'm not sure how useful this would be to people or other animals with allergies, but it didn't work for me.
