The results with these are best when they are taken in conjunction with the Super Collagen 1& 2. C + 3 + 3. The best one I've found is NeoCell's Polyphemus (also made by NeoCell). But you don't have to stick to that brand. Skin on my face and lips seems less dry, and fine lines on my face and lips are less prominent now. I was even complimented the other day by a friend.
