The first bottle of this product is done and I will be ordering a second bottle There's been a noticeable difference in my pain level. The winter months are going to be especially challenging in the coming months, so I am eager to see how I feel when I finish all three bottles. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I haven't taken enough pictures to warrant a 5". I like the flavor & the crunch" Although Baxyl is thick, it is not horribly thick My personal preference is to put it in my coffee in the morning. You can really feel the difference with this stuff. In addition to reducing my elbow pain and my friends arthritis, it also improved my own health. During my experience, the thickness was the worst part, but that depends on whether the texture is an issue for someone else. The fact that it doesn't have a taste whatsoever makes it good for mixing with any beverage. Someone who has been experiencing elbow problems for a while might find this helpful. It has never worked for me to take supplements that contain glucosamine and chondroitin. I don't understand why this stuff doesn't work!.
