That is something I cannot do without! My chronic pain is caused by chronic back and neck pain, and this supplement is the only thing that has helped me at all. It is one of the best products for arthritis or pain that I have ever encountered.

My thanks go out to the lady who recommended Nature's Sunshine to me. A huge improvement has been felt, and I no longer need narcotics like what the doctors prescribe. I highly recommend it. My herniated disc and sciatica have improved considerably since I started using this product. It doesn't work overnight however by far it's the best product on the market.

I saw results from the product, but it didn't work for me

As I did not notice any difference in joint stiffness or knee pain after the shark cartilage, I was rather disappointed. For people who suffer from joint pain, I do not recommend this.
