This is in definitions, I think. When you are a strict vegetarian or a vegan, you should not take the capsule, but the HA itself instead. It is made from bovine gelatin It's impossible to avoid that it's made from cooked animal bones and cartilage, so anyone who's a strict vegetarian and/or vegan for ethical considerations should not eat this. Having said that, this product is awesome I liked how well priced it was and how well it worked for me. The truth is that I couldn't kill a fly if I tried, but I eat meat and I believe in flora and their spirit as well, but we are all part of the natural order, which says we circulate our spirit and flesh -- both including humans. Maybe that will help.

Taking this supplement is an essential part of my health and beauty routine. As a result of taking this, I have noticed added moisture to my skin. Getting started, I was skeptical. Be sure to swallow the gel cap after 30 seconds to let it dissolve in your mouth

In order to avoid little white spots in your stools (unabsorbed) from softening in your mouth, let them sit in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Then again, perhaps I am the only one who notices. To my surprise, I really appreciated it and my body is absorbing water more quickly as a result. felt like I was a desert, where the water runs off right away. As I absorb water, I become drier.

Hyaluronic acid (1 capsule per day) has been a part of my daily routine since After me performing CPR on my shoulder and carrying out numerous exercises, I was able to notice that my shoulder-that I thought I would have to have replaced-had greatly improved. The results do take time to set in, but I think it took me a long time to get to the point I was in. It seems to work at least for me.

As part of a glucosamine/chondroitin capsule, I've been taking hyaluronic acid (50mg) since a few months ago. It was a relief to no longer have dry eyes. In order to order more, I switched to this product. This product contains a higher amount of hyaluronic acid per capsule (100mg twice a day), and it is packaged in a bigger bottle with 60 more capsules. We have noticed an improvement in dry conditions. There are also blotchy areas of the skin. So far, I am very satisfied with the results.
