Yohimbe products have been tried by me a lot. My favorite. If you are new to Yohimbe, never follow the recommended dosing instructions! Get started with a much smaller budget and increase as you go. As a result of taking the recommended dose on two different products, the complications I experienced weren't a surprise to me. It's not fun at all. There is nothing more consistent than this stuff. I only object to the fact that the first time I ordered this product, it was 1000 mg strength, and this most recent bottle is 600 mg. Now that I know how much to take, I will experiment a bit more.
