It is just a few days since I started these, but I already feel an increase in energy and am making more progress. There are 3 capsules you take. I thought they were about the size of most capsules, so if you are one of those people who use aspirin rarely they might be a little larger. My mouth did not taste anything while I held the capsule in it or after I swallowed it. I've never had a problem taking them without food, even though they say to take them with food. The results I have obtained so far have been satisfactory.
