I'll start by saying, BE VERY CAREFUL with this product when you first start out! br>After receiving this product in the mail, I decided to give it a shot the same day. I left for a Chinese restaurant to get some food for lunch. I popped one of these gelcaps with some tea and drank some ice water after placing my order. br>Woah, what a blunder! For the past 20 years, I've been taking supplements, including some pretty potent fat-burning supplements (thermogenics) that were all the rage a decade ago; I'm sure many of you are familiar with the type I'm referring to. br>Okay, some of those were pretty intense and made my heart race and such, but they were nothing compared to what I felt when I took my first dose of Yohimbe Plus! br>Within 10 minutes of taking this, I began to feel strange, and within minutes, I was in full panic attack mode (no, I didn't have a panic attack because I was in a restaurant, but it was close!). ) such as cold sweats followed by intense shivering, extreme paranoia as if something terrible or evil was about to happen, lightheadedness, and nearly losing consciousness. br>Then why am I giving it five stars? Because I made a huge mistake and should never have taken such a potent product on an empty stomach! br>It's my fault; I should've known better because I'm well aware of how potent Irwin Naturals products are and that Irwin places a premium on formula absorption. br>It wasn't until I was back inside my car after finishing my meal that I realized what had happened and connected it all to the Yohimbe Plus gelcap I had just taken. Even so, I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Why? Because I've worked in the supplement industry for a long time and tried hundreds of different products during my time running a supplement store, and nothing has ever come close to having the narcotic-like effect that this product did. br>After sorting through all of my feelings about my experience, I realized that taking it on an empty stomach was a mistake, given that many of the ingredients in this product are stimulating on their own, let alone all mixed together in one formula. So I decided to give it another shot, this time working my way up gradually. br>I pierced a hole in one of the gelcaps, squeezed out about 1/4 of the contents, and ate it with breakfast; within 15 minutes, I was feeling some of the effects, which in my case (yohimbe) are chills. This time, however, it was mild, and I was prepared. br>After that, I took another 1/4 dose from the same gel cap later in the day. The chills were even less effective this time, but by later that night, I had noticed an increase in my libido and a general sense of well-being. br>I kept taking that dose for the next few days, gradually increasing it to half a gelcap per day, and then to a full gelcap with a full meal. br>On a full gelcap dosage, I got the chills and a smidgeon of paranoia, but it wasn't a problem because I was expecting both, and I've learned to just dress warmer for an hour or so after taking the product. br>At one gelcap per day, I notice a huge improvement in libido, as well as the quality and frequency of erections. br>I would say that for the money, this is the best product on the market for its intended purpose, and as I've previously stated, I've had access to pretty much everything out there and, most of the time, I was able to get products for free because I worked in the industry. This product, in fact, performs admirably. that there may be other negative consequences to be aware of br>When I use this product, I have to keep an eye out for prostrate swelling. The reason for this is that while this product will increase your testosterone levels, it will also increase the amount of testosterone that is broken down into estrogen and the less desirable DHT (Dihydrotestosterone), both of which are major factors in both prostrate inflammation and male pattern hairloss. Fortunately, these negative effects can be easily countered. I use the Pygeum brand right now. There's a Saw Palmetto formula for that, and the NOW formula does a great job of it. If you decide to try Yohimbe Plus, I recommend doing a five-day on, two-day off cycle. On your two days off, I recommend that you take a supplement called Cacium D-Glucarate. Glucarate, which will aid in the cleansing of your system and the resetting of your hormonal balance so that you can respond to the Yohimbe Plus formula. calcium D-calcium D-calcium D-calcium D-calcium D-calcium D-calcium D- Glucarate has a slew of other advantages, so it's a good idea to incorporate it into your Yohimbe Plus on/off cycle. br>I recommend the Calcium D- Source Naturals brand. Glucarate because it gives you the most bang for your buck. D-Calcium is a type of calcium that is found in Glucarate is taken three times a day with breakfast and three times a day with dinner. br>One final point. I recommend that you DO NOT take Yohimbe Plus with anything that contains caffeine because Yohimbe Plus is already very stimulating and you don't need any more stimulants when taking this product!br>Also, please READ the cautions on the bottle and ONLY take this product if your doctor says it's ok if you have a history of panic attacks, depression, high blood pressure, heart disease, or stroke. br>If this product makes you feel anxious, know that the feeling will fade as you become accustomed to it, but you can also take "Doctor's Best Magnesium" (available on Amazon) to help alleviate the anxiety. Another advantage of the Doctor's Best Magnesium is that it can help you avoid muscle cramps while taking Yohimbe Plus. Regardless, after considering all of the above, I can and will continue to recommend this Irwin Naturals Yohimbe Plus. This product is so powerful and effective that I'd put it on par with pharmaceuticals in terms of both strength and efficacy. Its "full" effects can be felt 2 to 3 hours after taking it (keep that in mind), and when compared to the cost of a pharmaceutical drug, this product is significantly less expensive. br>**As a side note, I also take another product that works in tandem with the Yohimbe Plus but from a different angle for the same purposes. Premium Arginine 5400 Pro from Purethentic Naturals is the product in question. It's a cardio-protective formula that not only safeguards your heart and circulatory system, but also improves blood flow. SCAM is all over the place. This product, like the other 99, is a forgery. You'll come across 9 of the Yohimbes! Omg. There are no effects at all. The few positive reviews are from when the product was first released. duplicate Yohimbe *performance* is written on the actual bottle. enhancement is not the word. Even if some of the bottles claim to be Performance. There will be a difference in the description. The ingredients will change as well.

I'm not usually one for writing reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for this one. Taking this product was possibly the worst decision I've ever made; I took the recommended dosage (2 tablets) and am still in excruciating pain 12 hours later. Cold sweats, goosebumps, a feeling that my heart was about to jump out of my chest, a general sense of unease, and stomach knots My blood pressure is 155/96 mmHg after 12 hours, and I've never had high blood pressure before. blood pressure that is within normal limits I'm experiencing the same feelings as a drug addict. It was a disaster. I'm writing this review while at work, and I'm having trouble concentrating or thinking clearly. Some people swear by it, but if this is your first time, proceed with caution and do not exceed the recommended dosage. It's best to avoid it entirely, in my opinion. I'm not sure what the answer is, but I'm pretty sure it's not this.

Folks, be aware: This is a highly stimulating substance! I had heart palpitations and other symptoms after popping two of them the first time (a big mistake). not fun. Nonetheless, once I figured out and got used to the dosing, I was able to get through the entire bottle without experiencing the same unpleasant overdose again. The black tar-like substance I started cutting the pills in half or drinking only a portion of the liquid instead of taking a full pill at a time, depending on my needs that day. You simply need to assess your energy level, how much caffeine you may or may not have consumed, how many depressants you have or intend to consume, and so on. It is safe to use, but exercise caution! I'm not a doctor, but if you're sensitive to stimulants or have a history of heart issues, you should probably avoid this one.

Mixed horny goat weed 54 year old (does not take any meds for high blood pressure or diabetes) was able to get a full erection without taking the little blue pill. I don't take it every day, but I do it at least four times per week. This product has proven to be extremely beneficial to me.

I purchased two, but they did not contain fish oil like the one in the photo and instead contained flaxseed (flaxseed contains lignans, which act as a weak estrogen compound). This isn't good for the human race! )br>I became even more nervous as my heart began to race and sweat profusely, even though I was only wearing one cap.
