I'm not trying to ruin GNC's day, but I've tried three of these capsules three times in three different weeks with the same horrible flu-like results each time. It took me several days to recover from horrible sickly symptoms that I believe were related to my prescription. Although they did work somewhat, there were too many reactions for them to be worth it. It is recommended that you seek the advice of your doctor first.

Please be aware Keeping you awake at night may not be fun. The product did what it was supposed to do. You might lose a little bit of sleep when this kicks in, and you might feel as if your heart is about to explode out of your chest.
