The purpose of this review is strictly to evaluate a product. It is important to check with your physician before starting this for the first time. At 712 minutes who is typically sensitive to or experiences side effects from taking herbs or prescriptions, but I still read the side effects before I take a supplement. The fact that I called an ambulance was certainly a good thing in this case because I would have freaked out. Take the dose much lower than the maximum recommended as a precaution. I should have started with a much lower dose than the max.

Don't be a blind eye. This is a potent Yohimbe supplement, in my opinion. During a weight loss stack, it is part of the stack that I use. There can be a lag between a supplement working and working in your system, so it's hard to tell if it works or not.
