I had originally purchased a random turmeric product from the grocery store and was blown away by the results. Because turmeric requires black pepper, I looked for a new product that already had the pepper in it so I wouldn't have to worry about adding it to my food when I took my pills. For that reason, as well as the positive reviews, I purchased this one. All of my aches and pains returned almost immediately, and I had to start taking Advil several times per day. It is not the overall mg of turmeric that matters but the mg of the 95% curcuminoids, I have learned after some research I have learned it is the mg of the 95%% You have to take two capsules of this product to get a meager 100mg, whereas my other product gave me more in just one capsule. Do your homework before making a purchase.

So, for a long time, this has been my go-to Turmeric product, primarily due to its low price, and I came here to give it five stars, but after reading the reviews, I decided to change my mind. think. br>br>I'm taking it as a preventative measure, as an all-around anti-inflammatory. inflammatory, after learning that reducing inflammation is beneficial. I can't speak to a specific benefit for a specific condition from this vantage point. I've never had a stomach ache from it, and I'm in good health, so I've just assumed it's beneficial and worth the money, based on studies that this supplement has general (and specific) benefits.


I would then give it five stars as I mentioned, but reviews here about the misleading nature of the advertising got me doing research It's higher than some at 200mg, but I see what people are saying about the number of pills needed to get an effective dosage, so the price isn't as high. For a few bucks more I see there is a product with 750mg of the desired 95% Curcuminoids, which seems far superior. I still have a bottle of this, which I'll finish, but I'm going to try the higher dose product from a different brand and see how it goes. br>br>As I mentioned, I can't really "test" the benefit because it's a preventative supplement right now, but I do want the most effective product I can get for the money I'm spending. br>br>There is some evidence that anti-viral drugs are being used to combat the current pandemic. Anti-inflammatory supplements may be beneficial, which is why I take it along with my Vitamin D and other immune-boosting supplements on a regular basis.


Again, I want to take a product that has the most benefit, and I now think this one is not it, based on the low dose of the Especially since it's deceptive, implying you'll get 2600mg, it makes me suspicious of the maker and the product; dishonest marketing is never a good sign. br>br>So, I'll give it a two-star rating because this supplement has never caused me any problems in the past, but I'll deduct three stars because the therapeutic dose appears to be higher than it actually is.

I will be trying another supplement from now on and I can only say that, if you are seeking the most amount of the 95% Curcuminoids, you are br>br>Many thanks to the reviewers who have helped to clarify the contents of this product!.

I wish I had read one of the other reviews that mentioned the bait and switch; instead, I only saw five stars everywhere. br>br>This product's text is misleading, as are the photos on the product page, and the bottle you receive is not even the same as the one on the product page. The actual bottle shows that it is less than 10% extract.

I am only giving it 2 stars (instead of%)201) because the description did have all the information if I was sloppy and only believed what I read. For a visual comparison, look at the images below.

This helps to relieve my joint pain a little, but it really heats up my body. It took me a while to figure out that it was this product, but after a few days of use, my skin felt warm to the touch, as if I had a fever. As a result, I reduced the number of pills I took and only took them every other day. My sister didn't have the same experience, and it's possible that you won't either. Simply reduce the dosage if this occurs.

I ordered and received a 120 count bottle of tumeric at the end of the year after consulting with my doctor to ensure that it would not interfere with any medications I was taking on a regular basis. For the past three weeks, I've been taking two capsules every day. As a first-time user of tumeric, I was surprised to discover that in such a short period of time, this supplement appears to have alleviated many of the aches and pains I experience after at least three times per week of cardio and weight lifting at the gym. I had the impression (perhaps incorrectly) that the supplement's beneficial effects would take a longer time to accumulate over time. I have had no negative side effects as a result of using this product. I will continue to use this brand because of the relief I have experienced thus far.
