I do not know about the 3000 mg my bottle says it's 2000 mg and two capsules (1000mg each). There have been no problems for me. Before taking the recommended dose, I recommend starting with a half dose of the recommended dose for 7 to 10 days.
Each capsule should be taken three times a day It is not as common as you might think. You can choose either way.

There is fine print in this contract that I should have read before signing it. Turmeric capsules contain about 1,000 mg instead of 3,000 mg, which I thought was the amount. In short, you have to take three capsules in order to get the full dosage, which isn't too great. To be on the safe side, I'm going to go back to the clearly marked 1,500 capsules.
