Since they are the same dosage, I know they are the same Taking 1000 mg at a time. It appears they are similar except one is in a liquid form and the other is in a soft gel form. My purchase and taking of the liquid went smoothly. I prefer to view it this way. I'm not sure if this helped you at all or answered your question.

I really like it! Due to my dislike for taking medication for pain, and my tendency to use natural ingredients, I bought this product for arthritis pain in my hands. I didn't buy another bottle after finishing my first bottle because I didn't feel certain that the product was responsible for improving my symptoms. My fingers started hurting again about a week later, as well as my neck and joints all over. After purchasing a second bottle, I found that I was feeling much better after 5 days. The solution truly does work for me, now that I'm convinced of it.
This turmeric is a convenient way to get 1000 mg of turmeric instead of a big pill. It must be refrigerated, so you need capsules if you are traveling. It tastes good after you get used to it, and it is easy to take. Initially, I was skeptical of turmeric's benefits, but my son and I now both swear by it because we both feel great and his allergies have been much better this summer, likely due to less inflammation in the body.
