So, I found out that I have mild arthritis of the hip, and I am not taking any medication for it. That was a lot of dose (Most often in the evening) I started getting random nosebleeds. I stopped giving them turmeric when I stopped taking it. It may have been beneficial to divide the same dose into two smaller tablets, so that I could continue using half of it. Garden of Life is one of my favorite brands and I use several other products from them, but I will return.
