As well as having taken st. John's wort and different supplements for several years, I take many other brands and supplements. The bottle looks nice, but it doesn't work. The effects were no different.

I am glad to have another higher dosage of St. John's Wort, and Ashwagandha since it is effective with BPH or prostate issues. I'm planning to take this and adaptogens or mushrooms together with it in the future. With this bottle, I am able to conduct a definitive study now and I am hopeful of seeing positive results.
