This product is more effective than the St. John's Wort supplement sold at CVS or NOW. If I take one a day, I will notice a difference in my mood after a few days. After three days, I feel much better if I take one a day. For the past six months, I've been taking this supplement.

The product appears to be on par with or better than the market's much more expensive St. John's Wort products. The only thing I can think of that would improve this product is if they were more open about where their St. John's Wort comes from. Is there a farm in the family? Is it true that the moon is the source of the material? This information, I'm sure, exists. As if they were aliens.
