In the "standardized" version, the lid is purple/lavender. St. John's Wort extract is standardized to contain 0% flavonoids and 2% to 3% fatty acids. A measure of dianthrones is hypericin, which is 3%. Positive moods can be promoted using this product's dose for clinically tested effects. Compared to the green cap, which is the powdered plant (stem, leaves, and flowers), this version claims to contain a higher conversion of hypericin. When it's the hypericin that gives the benefit, then it's best to use the standardized version, but if it's a combination of other micronutrients found in the plant, then the green bottle is more effective. You can guess.
The capsules are of a normal size. The size is about the same as an ibuprofen caplet.

I had suffered severe depression, had been fantasizing about killing myself, had written a suicide note, had my finances in order, and had even made plans for how I would kill myself. There is a statement in the product description that St. John's EXTRACT has been shown to be beneficial. It is unclear whether there is enough active ingredient in the herb to make it effective.
In the past month, I have been feeling very tired, easily overwhelmed at times (especially during THAT time of the month). The current situation has changed all of that.
