As the serving size is small, it melts down with no lumps and without aftertaste. While nothing can fully replace fresh fruits and vegetables, it can be hard to get enough greens in your diet to maintain I find it works great to add Super Greens Antioxidant Superfood Powder to my juice or smoothie. In response to reports of Bloom's green powder rave reviews, I decided to purchase this. I could not justify the price point of that brand at 40 or 50 dollars. This seemed to be a comparable alternative to me. ***I honestly felt like it did not make my day any better. At this point, I am half-way through my jar. It does not appear that digestion has changed, nor has energy been boosted as mentioned by others. Despite the good flavor, the smell of this cream is rather horrifying. When I dilute it in 4 oz of water, plug my nose, and take it like a shot, I can only drink it if I mix it with flavored seltzer water. No matter how you prepare it, the aftertaste will not be pleasant. Even if I use 12 oz of water or 4 oz of water, the product tends to separate and settle. To prevent this, I have to either drink it very quickly or put it in a container with a lid and shake it to separate all the pieces again. It is sometimes easier for me to feel the grit than on other days. I don't know how I feel about it. After all, it turned out to be quite enjoyable. The taste was not good for my wife, but I liked it. I made a drink by adding water to this product.
