It will make my smoothies even better, and I've been using it for some time now. The last few days have been filled with the worst flatulence (constant farts throughout the day, and the poop has never been so soft or smelled so bad) and I wasn't sure what was causing it. After finally researching the two products I wasn't using as part of my whole food plant based diet, I found a comment about Inulin/FOS causing flatulence in some users. I have now been off this product for three days, and everything is well again. It does not say anywhere on the bottle that it contains any additional ingredients, so I am confused. It is not that I want to stop using this, but now that I'm better, I can't deny that it was the reason for my illness.
