At the end, my problem started to return, as I kept going even though it was a good workout. However, I felt more alive after combining the two. My body is in a fetal position in agony from cramps, and I strongly urge anyone thinking of adding this to their cart, not to do it. Research the ingredients before taking the product. It turns out to contain iodine, which some people, including myself, cannot tolerate. After taking half the dosage, 3 pills, I had severe cramps, which caused me to run to the bathroom as I tried to determine what caused them. Iodine is contained in this medicine, but it is not on the bottle. This drug's fatal side effect is iodine. This pain has been bothering me for several days, so I am glad that I only took three pills.

It has happened to me on several occasions in my life that I tried taking more than one I have consumed vitamins without fail and felt nauseated all the time. However, I am now older and consume far less food and desperately needed something to supplement my diet. Introducing spirulina, these little magical tablets have helped my hair, skin, energy, protein intake, and so much more As of late, my memory issues have become more manageable due to the increase in nutrient intake, allergies, and sinus problems. As it turns out, spirulina can do so many things for me Vitamins play a crucial role in my health and I am grateful God introduced them to me. I also take curcumin/turmeric that helps to ease inflammation. I did not buy the Hawaiian brand spirulina after trying several others, but it turned out to be the best one, and I will never buy another brand. The following changes were made on September 14 Sadly, I have to stop taking these Spirulina pills as I began to smell extremely bad once I stopped taking them. Once I stopped using these Spirulina pills, my stinky sweaty smell faded away pretty quickly. The whole thing still sounds good to me, so it's a shame.
