It appears there are three sources. If it is marked organic then I think it was sourced from India , otherwise it was sourced from another source. If you have any questions, you can call them. Our staff is available to help, but regrettably NOW Foods has not provided us with an image or a size chart of the tablets. However, we do see that 6 tablets are provided for each serving. Count me in for the long run. The oil also gives me energy and I feel healthier overall, which is important if you suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.

My purpose for taking these pills was never to lose weight, but after taking them for two months and observing their effects, I lost twenty pounds. The only thing that I have done differently is what they are doing. It gives me energy every morning and I take them as a religious practice. As I get ready for work, I eat about five.
