I love this product, although the bottle smells somewhat sulfurous upon opening, but that's to be expected since algae is used in the formula

Those who suffer from seasonal allergies will appreciate this remedy

As a member of the Spirulina community, I read that Spirulina is an antihistamine. Currently, I'm taking Zyrtec and 2 different nasal sprays to treat seasonal allergies. In the beginning, I took a probiotic and spirulina. Now, I just take Spirulina. I usually take about four pills rather than six as directed on the bottle. I tried to back off the Spirulina this week and was taking two a day, but began experiencing stuffiness, sneezing, and headaches. My general health has already improved after returning to my normal dosage after one day. This stuff helps with allergies, so I think I must be a bit crazy.
