If you don't read the label carefully (which was copied online) it is your own fault. The back label very clearly shows how many mg you should take per DOSAGE, not capsules. It's lazy to just rely on the front label and not use the actual dosage information found on the bottle. Further, it is an effective alternative to Lipitor and other statin drugs. The reason I started taking it was because my cholesterol was borderline high. Having a total cholesterol level of 262 was unhealthy for me. A 162 was my low density lipoprotein level. The capsules I took were four a day The first two are in the morning, and the second two are A 12-point drop in cholesterol in 30 days has been made in my case. MANY MANY years ago, a physician gave me a hint that only he could find. As far as the red yeast rice is concerned, it seems that it works best in combination with It is necessary for the molecules to bind themselves to a FAT MOLECULE as a vehicle for transport through your body. fat (almost nonfat) diet and use the diet for months before I began using the product, so he suggested that I combine my Red yeast Rice dosage with 2000 mg of Fish Oil, which would probably benefit me simply because I use concept here is that fish oil contains Omega 3 FATTY ACIDS, a FAT, and that it would enable the molecule in Red Yeast Rice to be able to bind itself to the fish oil. That's just what I thought when I tried it! A 30 day period later my numbers had fallen by 30 points more. Certainly, there are brands that are more effective, but this one is a good and affordable option for those looking for an effective solution.
In order to lower my cholesterol higher than 1200 mg each day, I have been using red yeast rice for years at the recommendation of my cardiologist since I can't take After a spike in the mid-70s, I now have a cholesterol of 155 The early 2000s. My favorite part of this is how well it.
For anyone looking to be more healthy and cautious and looking to reduce their blood pressure, taking this supplement is a great addition to their diet. There is no smell or bad taste to these capsules and they are easy to swallow. You can definitely trust me on this! As far as the price is concerned, I paid full price.
As I lowered my total cholesterol, I saw a significant reduction in my blood pressure. There were a lot of questions in my head. From 290 mg/dl to 190 mg/dl, my cholesterol level decreased. A drop of 194 to 104 mg/dl happened in my LDL cholesterol levels. What I expected was much more than that. It has not had any side effects on me.
My cholesterol was within normal limits for the first time since I can remember when I took it for many months. I am amazed! My hat goes off to you. The order will be reordered.
There have been no side effects reported either. Nothing to Gain, and Nothing to Lose. My semi annual physical with complete blood work up was 4 months ago, and before I took two tablets twice a day for 4 months. The LDL cholesterol in my blood went up by 5 points from my last lab work six months ago, but the HDL went down by 5 points. Thus, I did not have any success with Red Yeast Rice. I discovered that my blood chemistry does not respond favorably to RYR in all cases, as I did. Also, I no longer have a healthy level of iron, ferritin. Not sure if this is related, but that came down a lot from the previous level. There are some people who benefit from it, but I have not found that to be true.
The only brick and mortar pharmacy I found did not sell red yeast rice extract capsules My local brick-and-mortar pharmacist didn't have this in stock, so I ordered it online as a way to lower my cholesterol a little bit without having to use prescription medications. It seems like the price is fine, and there have been no complaints about either the packaging or the capsules. My cholesterol in my blood was re-checked after taking them for a few months There were no improvements found when checked. The LDL of my blood was actually HIGHER after taking 2 capsules per day for around 2 months, going from 137 to 147 (with no changes in dietary habits). As a result. RYR capsules have not impressed me and I am not likely to buy them The supplement Sundown gave didn't accomplish anything, and this is not the fault of Sundown. However, when given a 5-star rating, I find it difficult to justify It was disappointing to give a star to a product I did not like. I think their specific product is fine, but I am probably not going to recommend red yeast rice extract to anyone as a pharmacist.
I was on a cruise last month and a Chinese doctor recommended using this product to lower my The Chinese prescribe this medicine before any other medication in China, according to him. Despite the fact that it is too early to tell what the results are, our bowls seem more regular for now. It is recommended that you take a supplement called CoQ10 along with this one.
