We adore it! We take it in the winter to keep viruses at bay, and we haven't had the flu or a cold yet. We began taking this, along with Gaia Elderberry Syrup and Olive Leaf Extract, during the 2017/2018 flu epidemic, after seeing it on the Today Show as a holistic way to avoid getting sick. If we think we're getting a cold, we take two capsules in the morning and two capsules at night for a few days. During the winter, one cap is worn in the morning and one cap is worn at night. Eat a small amount of food, swallow the cap, and then eat the rest of your meal or a large snack on top of it to avoid a major stomach upset. It also helps to make Lyme disease symptoms more manageable.

This is the second time I've purchased Oil of Oregano softcaps. I got a great deal on the first bottle, which was wild Mediterranean Oil of Oregano, and after a few days of taking only one pill a day of the other brand, my stomach and digestion felt great. After almost two weeks of taking one pill per day, I decided to stop. After a few months, I decided to give it another shot and came across the Solaray, which had good reviews and a reasonable price. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch, but the effects at the same dosage as before have had little to no effect; I tried doubling for a few days, 1 pill twice a day with food, and still no benefit. I'm disappointed because my previous experience with Oregano softcaps resulted in significant and noticeable improvements in my health, but these have been disappointing, providing no support for my digestive or immune systems. It appears that the next time I shop, I'll have to look for a better deal with a different brand.

We take a capsule for a day or two whenever we feel a cold coming on - and make sure you don't fall ill. My brother had been sick with a cold for over a month when I went to see him. I could tell my glands were getting swollen the day before I left. I took a capsule as soon as I arrived home - boom! It was fine the next day! I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me! This is an excellent product to take on vacation to avoid getting sick!.

Antibiotics were prescribed by my dentist. I was being treated for an abscess, and after a few days, I couldn't take it any longer- It made my stomach turn. So I switched to Oregano oil, followed the directions, and was fine; it has a ton of health benefits. Consequently, I continued to take it.

I gave it four stars because I didn't give it enough time to figure out how it would work. It was given to me in order to assist in the reduction of my cholesterol levels. My next blood test will tell me more.

I've been using oregano oil for a few years, and this particular brand comes highly recommended. It's the most effective I've come across. Many of their vitamin supplements are also used by me.
