A coworker with young children taught me about oil of oregano several years ago. If you have candida, this stuff is a godsend. Take one or two becore beds to kill all the bacteria, then take a probiotic or eat some yogurt in the morning to replenish the good bacteria. And, if you're brave enough, open a capsule and apply the oil directly to the affected area, allowing it to burn. The burning should go away after a few minutes, but if it's too much for you, dilute the oreganol with coconut or another carrier oil. I had been fighting candida for years before discovering this product, and it truly works.

We didn't get vaccinated against the flu. In February, flu cases in Texas were at an all-time high.
