Oregano oil has so many advantages that I use it to keep my immune system strong and avoid getting sick. I don't take it straight because it's difficult for me to swallow. Because it comes with a dropper, it's already diluted. It'll fit into a 6-cup measuring cup. I put 10 drops of juice in 8 oz of juice (preferably passion fruit juice) and drink it. It's something I've been using for a long time. It works! Aids in the prevention, shortening, and/or elimination of the influenza virus. In any medicine cabinet, this is a must-have.

I've been using oregano oil to relieve nasal congestion for years, and it's fantastic. I've been purchasing it from a mall vendor, and despite the fact that it tastes terrible, I could tolerate two drops under my tongue. With this stuff, there's no way. Even if I only take a drop, I need to know what I'm going to drink it with and have it nearby.

It's a dreadful job of packaging - It appears to have been done by a child. There was oil all over the place - My mail was all over my mailbox, and it had gotten on my coat. It's a total disaster.
