My liver and blood pressure isn't doing well on my pharmaceutical medicine, so I have to seek other options. My body is very sensitive to chemicals, even my Cardio says I can't take the pills they have that are suitable for me due to side effects. I have to explore other options. I have a lot of heart issues in my family, so this and other herbal supplements are my last hope so far for 3 days. I am taking this with other substances that my holistic doctor advised me to take. As far as I can tell, this is the purest form I have seen. In the past, I have had problems with my pressure dropping and this medication has helped. However, I have not started taking the 3 pills as per the directions since I'm very sensitive to stuff and I am a little apprehensive due to past experiences with this medication. In this case, I will slowly increase to 2 as of tomorrow and work my way up to 3. Searching for "Freeze Dried Nettles" in the Amazon search engine led me to this product. As far as allergies are concerned, freeze-dried food seems to be the most effective. It is important to note that these nettles are NOT freeze-dried. The fact that they weren't was a surprise to me when I received them. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a try, and they seem to do a pretty good job of soothing my allergies. There's a good or great quality to the product, so perhaps that's the reason.
