It is literally impossible for me to live without I have found this to be a good alternative to coffee when I do not want to drink coffee. opinion, this is an excellent value to purchase on Amazon for the two pack. I always buy the green tea capsules by Natures Bounty because these are the ones that I find most effective in terms of providing me with the energy I need on top of the other supplements a drug store, I usually pay approximately the same amount for just one bottle, whereas I can get two for a better price on Amazon.
