The tea is excellent. I really enjoy it. We have bought it at the grocery store several times. We found a lower price on Amazon and were excited about the deal. However, it is only on Amazon that I found several defective tea bags. I opened the individually packaged tea bags and found tea smeared all over the bag. In addition, I found others with the tea bag broken. It was a recent occurrence for me to open two in a row! I guess I'll be returning to the store for a refund since I'm not happy about the money I paid.
My palate seems to be sensitive to ginger, possibly a tad too gingery. My recommendation would be to buy just a single box at first. I purchased a four-pack and it was fine. Even if I could drink it, I'm not sure how I would feel. As an ice tea, I might try it to see if it is less spicy.
My friend gave me a taste of this tea at her house over Thanksgiving and I With a delightful, mellow flavor and a lot of health benefits, it's a good beverage to have. Even if I don't take Turmeric daily, I take it anyway, for aches and pains A little more milk in my tea is nice, too, although I don't enjoy the pain. I just feel good when I finish. Having four boxes at such an attractive price was just what I needed. In addition to one at home, one at work, and one put away, I also shared one with a friend. You'll love it!.
My stomach is upset, so I bought this to ease it. The three flavors of ginger, peppermint, and fennel are all excellent for stomach health, and Lipton has combined them all in one tea bag. In accordance with the directions on the box, I'm drinking a cup of tea twice a day and I've already noticed improvements. There is also a pleasant taste to it. It was a pleasure to make this tea, Lipton. You might want to give it a try if you have stomach problems.

To be honest, I have never been a big tea drinker at all. However, I do occasionally drink matcha with almond milk, and now I have to say, this tea is fabulous. It helps me sleep within mere moments after drinking it hot in the evening before I go to bed as I feel calmed down and relaxed. In the end, however, it may be considered a calming sensation rather than a sleep aid.
