The designs for health supplements are great for me, and I do a lot of research into supplement ingredients, food labels, and so on. I take the B-vitamins from DFH, for example. Following the recommendation of a naturopath, I tested DFH's EGCg with extreme success, but I experienced all kinds of side effects within 24 hours I was itching, my heart was racing, and I had some other symptoms that were unusual. Due to the fact I am not sure if it was something that I ate or came into contact with, I continued to take the medication Two days later, I tried it again to determine whether the itching and racing heart were indeed due to the EGCg, and unfortunately the itching and racing heart returned as well. It's no secret that each body is different, but since I'm a big fan of quality supplements, and I've never had a reaction like this before, I'm wondering if I should use this company.
