Consumerlab test results consistently show that LifeExtension products perform well. For me, it's perfect. I've tried a few different brands and this one appears to work just as well, if not better, than the others. At the very least, knowing that it has been approved by Consumerlab gives me a sense of security.
THERE ARE NO EFFECTS ON MEMORY OR CIRCULATING SYSTEMS. This was a waste of money, and it didn't even come close to competing with other products I've tried - even if they didn't claim to be extracts or even 'certified' br>br>At first, I took two capsules twice a day and saw no difference in cognition, memory, circulation, or any other cognitive/physical effects. I increased the dosage to 4 capsules twice a day in the hopes of seeing a difference, but nothing happened. br>br>For the past four days, I've been taking 12 capsules twice a day (an extremely inconvenient amount, but I wanted to see if there would be any results) and there have been no signs of any results; in fact, I don't even feel slightly different. Is this supposed to be an extract? Is it certified? Please believe me when I say that you should look for a different brand.
Other ginkgo products have a lower potency than this one. br>br>For the past two months, I've alternated between taking this brand and a different brand of Ginkgo that ConsumerLab rates as equivalent in quality. When I take this one, I don't get nearly the same results, and these make me drowsy and disoriented. br>Because I'm very sensitive to the acute effects of Ginkgo, I can usually only tolerate half the recommended therapeutic dose, so I can tell right away that the strength of this product isn't up to par with similar-quality brands. br>br>It's also aggravating that I had to pay for 365 capsules and that there isn't a smaller size available; this is the second LifeExtension product that I've been disappointed with.
After about a month, the volume dropped slightly, but it would resurface when I was stressed or in loud environments. I've been taking Ginko for a while now, and I've noticed a difference - Since then, my tinnitus hasn't gone up! I'm no longer able to hear the whistling or sound distortion! I'll keep doing:.
For over ten years, I've been using this product consistently. It assists in keeping my ears from becoming congested. I've noticed that when I take it on a regular basis, my hearing improves. Take only one (120mg) per day.
Although Life Extension is a high-end brand, I haven't noticed much of a difference after taking it for several months. However, this is the type of supplement that I'll continue to use in the long run. Capsules are tiny capsules.
