I've never taken caffeine shots and only drink one cup of coffee per day, but I took a look at the ingredients and was impressed. I couldn't take it anymore. It clears the mind and makes you feel more alert than coffee or any other natural supplement I've tried. Two things I've noticed are that I'm sensitive to it, so one pill per day should suffice. In any case, the packets will last longer. Second, I am unable to use them on a regular basis.
