The amount of each herb in milligrams is not listed on the bottle. The total mg of herb extract blend is only 646 mg.
Care is required. if kept cool and dry, or stored in the refrigerator, 2yrs. This is a long-term medication, and you should finish the bottle in three months. They have never let me down! This is one of my favorite things to take in the morning or after a long day at work because it helps to calm my mind and keep me focused! It hasn't turned me into a genius yet, which is a disappointment: ) but since I haven't finished the bottle, we'll have to wait and see. I don't mind the flavor either; in fact, I quite enjoy it. It only has a rosemary flavor.
They've done an excellent job of keeping me healthy. However, after a few weeks of daily use, I developed headaches from this blend, so I stopped using it. I'm hoping for better results for you!.
This stuff is a force to be reckoned with. A half-squeeze works well for me; anything more than that makes me feel jittery (not fun). This is extremely beneficial to mental clarity and fluency in speech. However, minor headaches may occur from time to time as a result of this. For those who say it burns, don't keep it in your mouth too long; drink water to help you wash it down; it's not supposed to stay in your mouth for too long due to the high alcohol content. ***Please note that this is solely based on my own personal experience.
