The packaging was excellent. . . no breakage or damage! br>I've been taking Turmeric Curcumin for about 2 months now, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels. . . . This is WAY better than the powder in terms of digestion and constipation

It's simple to take and can help with pain relief, which is fantastic. Because it's in a capsule, there's no flavor, which is one of the reasons I like it so much. I used to hate taking powder because it made me gag, but these don't. This is a must-have because of the numerous health benefits.

I've been taking these capsules for about 6 weeks and haven't noticed any changes in my health. Two a day are what I take. I'll wait another month before making a decision.
