I don't know what kind of powder it is. Sifted ginger root is dry and cut into small pieces. It is my hope that this will help.

My number one dislike was I find it does not snell like ginger root. Here are the two most important tips My expectations were completely different than what I got. The roots certainly do not appear to be genger roots. A lot has been cut and shifted to the point where it's difficult to tell whether it's a genger or not. The final note is that it comes from "China. " I didn't know until I received the product, also I did not know it could not be returned. would not recommend any of its products to others. There is no ginger like this I have ever seen. It is my loss (my loss).
As for the taste, I didn't like it as much as I had hoped. I'd usually buy ginger in the form of tea but it was out of stock, so I tried this brand instead. One of the things I loved about the other brand is its aroma. A fresh ginger taste just like this. I did not find this brand to smell fresh it smelt somewhat unpleasant. I like the taste of the tea, but I find it not as good as my usual brand. It's not a bad product, just not as good as I would like. Although it is cheaper, I will go back to buying my usual brand of tea.
The Tiger Health product you are looking for cannot be purchased. I have been using a different brand of cut ginger root to make ginger tea for months without any My health immediately deteriorated as soon as I used this ginger root from Tiger Health. I made a tea with this ginger three more times hoping it had something to do with something else and it was just a fluke, but I suffered severe indigestion and stomach cramps. Getting a refund isn't as easy as it sounds.
The ginger root used here is of good quality and I use it to make ginger, cinnamon, and clove tea.
To help build my immune system, I use this with dried organic elderberries to make a syrup (but I do not add sweetener).
Well, it does have the spicy ginger flavor as well as the dirt smell, so I am assuming the meat went directly from digging to chopping without being properly washed. There is a distinct smell and taste of dirt in it. Although you do get a nice ginger spice taste mixed in with the dirt flavor, it's not horrendous or anything, it's just mostly unpleasant.
Tastes good and has a nice zing to it. That's so cool! The ginger on this plate is fresh! Whenever I use the powder, I find that it works much better. Tastes like freshly cut ginger and zings with zing! This item has been on my order list for a long time. As a result of my disappointment, I just received a package with ginger granules that are so small they pass right through the strainer that I use to make Unfortunately, it was opened a month after I received it, so I can choose to return it or get a new one. A very disappointing experience and I hope to be able to speak to customer service directly at some point in the future.
