I have never had a gout attack while taking Gouch for over 4 years. Since I started taking Gouch every day, I have noticed improvements in my health. In both on and off modes We have been in 2015 since then. The early phases of my illness were marked by times when I felt well and stopped seeing Gouch. In the end, however, it was obvious that it was the only thing that worked to keep gout at bay. and eating a pound of cherries is also on the table. Practicality is the biggest advantage of capsules. There is a standard gout medicine to take, Allopurinol, which is pretty effective. However, when taken as a supplement, Gouch virtually eliminates the pain and swelling I have found that increasing the dosage of Gouch by 1 or 2 caps per day helps stop flares, especially if I feel as if my condition is about to worsen. might not work this way for everyone, but for me it makes a big difference in my life.
My last bout of Gout was in November, and when I tell you the pain caused me to go cold turkey vegetarian, I'll tell you how I dealt with it. Once I found the Alkaline diet, I could manage my Uric Acid level with the low acid foods.
