I tried IBgard first, but it only made things worse. After a few days, these began to work, and I haven't had any more IBS issues. These are a lot cheaper, and they have ginger in them. Along with peppermint, fennel oils are used. All three are beneficial to people who have digestive problems.
It should have been sent together, but double-check the ad to make sure it was a two-bottle deal before submitting a request or complaint. Occasionally, ads will show multiple items, but the quantity in the order section will only allow for one. Item. A bottle of wine costs about $9 to $10 on average.

Let's talk about poop and other related topics. I haven't had any symptoms of IBS since I started taking these capsules. It's been about a month since I began taking them. I don't take them in the way that they're supposed to be taken. Every day, I have two. If I go out to eat, I make sure to take them either before or after my meal. The only side effect I've noticed is a lot of gas, which I'm willing to trade for the painful IBS symptoms I was having. The good news is that there is no odor to the gas. At all. As a result, you could fart all over town without anyone noticing. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude.
While IBgaurd and many other brands contain only 90mg of peppermint per pill, these contain over 300mg! One pill of this brand is equivalent to three pills of a different brand. 4 of the remaining items As a result, this product is excellent value for money because it is less expensive per bottle and I only have to take one pill rather than several. br>br>Even though it greatly aids my stomach, I couldn't justify the cost of some of the other brands given how frequently I need to take it, so I was delighted to discover this one.
They work just as well for IBS symptoms as Heather's Tummy Tamers. I believe I first came across HTT during a sale. When the price began to rise, I looked for a cheaper option and came across these. Peppermint Oil, Fennel, and Ginger are all the same ingredients in both.

I take these capsules to relieve stomach pain and irritation. It calms and soothes my stomach, which I highly recommend. I occasionally burp it up, so drink plenty of water afterward.
