I believe you'll really enjoy these little treats if you are like me and have a mild upset stomach every now and then. My body always doesn't feel good when I eat something that is not copacetic on a given day, so I make sure I have them. Ginger's bite is pronounced, but pleasantly balanced by a subtle sweetness. It produces a pleasant long-term effect that is so subtly effective you won't even remember you were uncomfortable before. I'm not a big fan of ginger in a more natural state (even candied), but I have no hesitation when it comes to popping a couple of these. Despite being intended for chewing, the seeds are a bit hard, so I tend to avoid them if I have extensive dental work or wear.

My stomach has been terrible recently so I used these early to relieve it. Otherwise I would have used them later since I was nauseous and disliked the way Bonine & Dramamine knock me out(I can't be nauseous when unconscious). I like them better than ginger snaps because they are very spicy! They weren't too much for me, I think they're tasty, but you might want to deal with ginger pills instead if you can't handle spicy food. The pills work too they work slowly, and the effect lasts. I can do my whole shifts on them(and on my breaks too). The only thing I dislike is you have to take two pills each time, so there are only 12 pills in this little pack. EDITOR'S NOTE It worked out better to buy the bulk version, and now that I haven't eaten raw green beans anymore, these beans seem to last longer. In addition, it worked great on the plane trip, where we had a lot of turbulence (I swear the plane dropped 2 ft) and I didn't feel nauseous at all.

I love it! These are what I keep in my car for passengers who are feeling sick. Besides tasting awesome, I also like how they work when you have upset stomach, acid reflux, and indigestion. Ginger tab I have found to be the most effective. We use an alternative to crystallized ginger chews because they are MUCH less sweet.

A prescription drug is not as effective at controlling acid as OTC drugs, but it is better for your body in general. Nausea can be greatly controlled with this product.

Medication-induced nausea is one of my most common symptoms, and it causes me a lot of trouble. In the past, I used peppermint to help with nausea, but it would only work about half of the time. I recently had a stomach bug with extreme nausea, so I bought this products to help. Compared to Pepto and over the counter nausea medicines, these worked better for me.
The ginger flavor is quite strong when you try it for the first time, but after having it quite a few times it becomes very soothing for you.
