In combination, Ginger Supreme and Tumeric Supreme Extra Strength are quite effective for me. My stomach benefits from Ginger because it is stronger and harder to digest, and it fights nausea and pain very well. The Tumeric is great for treating joint pain Getting well doesn't happen overnight because first you have to get your body to let go of all the inflammation that has built up. My confidence in the results and the quality of the work is high. There are no side effects and it is I believe that the capsules get it working right away due to the liquid within them. Since I started using it several months ago, I plan to use it for as long as possible.
