Questions & Answers

The products are gluten free and are they processed in a facility or on equipment where wheat also appears?

The product will be processed in a facility that does not handle Unlike many other plants, ginger is gluten free by nature.

Don't know if dried ginger can be used. What can I use it for - stir-fry or marinades for stir-fries? Are there any adjustments needed to the recipe amounts. A fresh versus an old-fashioned approach. Is it dry?

Thank you for your message, As the pieces of ginger are too thick to fully reconstituted and chewed properly, we do not recommend using it for stir fry. When it's used in marinades, it adds flavor and flavor to final products, but shouldn't be added to meat/results of final product. Herbs like this one are also great for tea, with other herbs, or by themselves. An example of a typical ratio to use with fresh ginger is 1 Tbsp. per Tbsp. One tablespoon dried ginger is equivalent to 1 tsp. 1/8 tsp fresh ginger is equivalent to 1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice. Ginger that has been dried and ground. Considering our ginger is not ground, there would be extra space between the pieces when measuring (in comparison with ground ginger), so we recommend a ratio of 1 tbsp. To put 1/4 tsp of fresh ginger into a container, round to the nearest For marinades, we use some of our dried ginger.

What percentage of your product contains sand particles? Some reviews about Ginger discuss sand particles and its being stored in sand. Do you know if these particles are actually in Ginger?

I'm here! The ginger in our kitchen is all sand-free! Some teas are permitted to contain a small (small) percentage of tea without caffeine Our dried ginger products do not contain sand. If you have any other questions, please call or email. Ginger is an organic material, so some dried ginger products may contain small amounts of sand, rocks, shells, etc. However, ours does not contain sand.

I've added this to my spice cabinet and I love it
5/5

Adding dried ginger to loose tea has recently become a habit for me. There was some dried ginger I had in a jar that I thought might be interesting to use as a tea flavoring. The experiment was so interesting, I couldn't help but get more ginger, lots of There is no powder to add to this product and I can choose how spicy I want my tea to be. Having recently used ginger to prepare carrot ginger soup, I developed a recipe for it. With the dried ginger on the shelf, it is much easier to keep on the shelf than fresh ginger. I threw a spice ball packed with ginger into the soup base and it worked well.

These drinks taste very different from what I ordered the last two times
3/5

This Ginger tea has been on my shopping list for 3 times now, all 3 times I found it to be really good, full As for the one I received today, it tastes completely different, bland with no taste or smell whatsoever. It would be worth trying again, but I have concerns about the quality.

What I expected was not what I got
3/5

Even after an hour in hot liquid, ginger is still hard. It gets stuck in my teeth after an hour in hot liquid. In the past, I've mixed other brands The first one I have can't be returned after I used it. However, I will look for another one.

There is a poor quality to this product
3/5

It was evident that the dried ginger I received had a strange chemical smell that could not possibly be In addition, based on the color of the product I received, it was most certainly not made with fresh ginger, as the color was brown to black. While I have ordered other products from this brand with no issues, I will go to a different store for the dried ginger.

This is a great product at a great price, I would buy it I think this is awesome
5/5

My favorite quality about this dried ginger is its flavor and strength. It is amazing how much can be achieved from a little effort. Mostly I got it for tea, I love ginger tea but it's hard to find ginger tea bags, especially if their blend includes other ingredients. The pure ginger tea bags are no longer available at the Asian market near where I live since the pandemic began. I really like ginger tea, but I find it takes too much time to make (in my opinion) and it lasts only for a short period of time. If you fill a regular tea ball half way with this, you get a powerful 16-ounce tea Tea made from pure ginger in an 8 oz mug. It would probably also be great in cooking, but I have not yet tried it that way. Next time I make butternut squash soup, I think I will sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on top. The pound I purchased last month will last me a very long time, so I'm sure to buy it again for a very long.

I'm giddy

Ginger is tasty and spicy to just the right extent. Besides cooking and drinking ginger tea, I use it as a spice. The only complaint I have is that I have none.

know that ginger roots can be eaten raw? I'm glad it worked out for you
5/5

Originally I would grind raw ginger roots and add them to my tea with honey, but I got tired of that, so I got this and I boiled it and then To cut to the chase, here's the scoop. Congratulations for a job well done, wow! They are even better than raw ones, in my opinion. That's saying something, since I love raw ginger, so buy it if you are familiar with its taste. it opens up the throat and I like to chew the little bits, too. The quality is amazing.

There is no good flavor in this
5/5

is dry and has a bitter taste it does not appear to be peeled but rather has skin attached. Although the seller did provide a full refund after I explained my concerns via email, I was still disappointed. In this case, I am giving full stars since I are merely responding to the seller.
