My UTIs were bad, so I began taking 2 a day in the morning. In addition to being preventative, it is important to take these daily as they only address the prevention of infection, not the healing of it. My genital area started smelling weird once I tried a different brand. I switched back to nature made and my genital area has never smelled better. The Nature Made vitamins have been a good choice for me for two plus years and in the past I had great success with them, so I brought them into my regimen. I like it! Therefore, you'd better change out of wetsuits, swimming suits, and sweaty gym leggings as soon as possible anyway, these pieces of equipment won't solve your problem completely, but they're a lot more helpful than nothing in regards to keeping away I started taking them after getting a UTI while I was taking a dip in the ocean in my swimsuit over the summer (I received antibiotics) and have been able to prevent another UTI from happening since changing into dry clothes right away and taking them
