Please, ladies, give it a shot! Over the years, I've experimented with a variety of cranberry supplements, including the more expensive Ellura. This has the same recommended PAC of 36 mg, but because Cranberex is so much less expensive, I've been taking it on a regular basis without worry about money. And it works if you use it on a regular basis. I can't believe how effective it has been in preventing UTIs, which I used to get on a regular basis. This is a fantastic product, and I hope they continue to produce it.

I was taking this for about a month (actually much longer; I was previously using a different brand) along with D-Calcium. When I had a new UTI, I took mannose powder. It was cultured, and the bacteria was found to be e-coli. coli. I had hoped to be successful for a longer period of time, but this product has not proven to be as effective as I had hoped. That isn't to say you won't enjoy it. I'm on a low-dose long-term antibiotic and an estrogen cream right now. Around a year or two after my hysterectomy, my uti's became more complicated and frequent. I'll keep trying this, as well as going back to the D-. After I get off the antibiotics, I'm going to try Mannose to see if I have any luck. I've read a lot of good things about similar products (36 mg. PAC), so I recommend at least giving it a shot because it might just work for you. However, none of the four different brands I've tried have lasted for me. This is currently the most cost-effective brand I've seen, and if you need to use it for an extended period of time, I recommend giving it a try.

Ellura was the one I chose. Cranberry capsules contain 36 milligrams of PAC. I took it to treat UTIs, which I have a lot of. It's been fantastic for me to switch to "Her Vital Way. " It is significantly less expensive and extremely effective.

I'm pretty sure these things, along with drinking a lot of water, cured my uti. When I went back to the doctor to retest, he said it was gone!.

Unfortunately, Cranberex does not work. SO BADLY did I want this to work. Ellura is more expensive, but it has the same active ingredient. br>br>Before I started taking Ellura 2x a day (about 2-weeks), I had about 6 UTIs per year. It was three years ago. I hadn't had an infection since then, until about a week ago, when I switched to Cranberex. I awoke this morning in excruciating pain. a UTI. I've just returned from the doctor's office, and I'm about to place an order for Ellura, which is both extremely expensive and extremely effective. br>br>I'm hoping for a good low-cost option. It would be a low-cost alternative! The main difference between the two supplements, according to legend, isn't the PAC content, but rather some other property that varies depending on whether one is made from cranberry juice or the whole berry. I initially thought this was a hoax, but my n=1 indicates that it does make a significant difference.

I take it for a chronic embedded uti because it works, Her Vital Way seems to care about people, and it's a lot cheaper than Elmira for the same product. It appears to aid in its control. It's a good investment.

CranbereX had such high expectations for me, and I was confident that it would deliver! Even though I took it exactly as directed, one in the morning and one in the evening, I still got two urinary tract infections while on it. Because I suffer from chronic urinary tract infections, I might not be the best person to ask about it. I discovered Super Smart, a specialty company, and I placed an order for one of their Cranberry products. We'll see how this new product works out; if not, I'll have to get a scope and see if I have bio film, which can harbor bacteria. As a result, in the last six weeks or so, I've had to take antibiotics twice. br>All the best to anyone who suffers from UTIs on a regular basis! My best advice is to find a fantastic urologist (mine is a woman) who knows what she's doing and can truly assist you. Ellura was recommended by a friend for prevention, but I just can't justify spending that much money on a product.
