So far it tastes like cinnamon when I burp and I'm not sure if it is working or not. Edit I am getting better results with my blood sugar with them. Cheating was not a good thing for me. I have paid the price for it several times. There was no fix for the problem but it was improved after taking a couple of these. Since I feel better two or three hours after taking them, I take them every night. It may not be worth a shot, but it is worth a try.

My A1C has steadily lowered in the last few months thanks to both of these supplements, along with Berberine. During the course of the day, I take one capsule of each drug, and at night, one capsule of each drug. even wasn't eating as healthy as I ought to have been in the last few months (but I am now) and it was still down, so I only believe these and the berberine are to blame. Very glad!.

This is why there are two missing stars because the product information displayed online is inaccurate as opposed to what's on the label. There are some cinnamon types that are higher in quality than this, but this is the lowest quality. Overall, the supplements themselves have been excellent, and they have been quite effective in treating diabetes. Although not negative, sometimes when I sweat a lot, I smell like cinnamon, so there you go just in case it matters to someone,.
