We received these products and noticed that they didn't appear to be as filled as claimed, given their 2000mg per cap claim. For over a decade, I have been working in supplement contract manufacturing, so I have a great deal of experience with proper manufacturing and dosage. Using a digital, calibrated scale, I emptied a few caps. An average of about 650mg per cap was present, or about 25% of what was claimed on the label. Moreover, this is the first Ceylon Cinnamon product I've ever received that didn't even smell like cinnamon or taste like it. My door was opened because it was so cheap, but who knows what you'll get for that price.

I am pretty sure the capsules do not contain cinnamon. Before trying these caps for the first time, I have purchased a lot of cinnamon caps. I do not like the color. One capsule does not smell strongly of cinnamon after opening it. Despite the mildness of the cinnamon flavor, it does not taste as strong as it should. There is a feeling of cheating in my head! This brand is not something I would recommend.

Having high blood pressure has been one of the reasons I have used Ceylon cinnamon for a long time. Taking two 2000 mg capsules seemed more efficient than taking two 200 mg capsules You can take 3 600 mg of the other brands at the same time. I did not get the benefit that I expected from this product. Another brand of the same model works in its place. There are other products from this company that I don't know about, but I warned Amazon about the product I purchased.

We do not have a clue what the other half is! The CAPSULES are both cinnamon and something else but we have no idea what it is! I found them to have a very different look and taste, and they didn't even have any cinnamon flavor.

In many cases, the strength of an item advertised is not the same as the volume of the actual dosage (number of pills, capsules, etc. ) required in order to reach that strength! My dosage per day supply was cut in half because I bought THIRTY mg of 400mg capsules instead of ONE, and it took two capsules to reach the stated 400mg rather than just one! However, this product did not contain any less strength than advertised. Each capsule contained the full amount of strength advertised. My vendor may or may not be more expensive than many of the others, but I do not have to reorder in half the time as others require!.
