In my last checkup, my doctor expressed concern about my A1C, so I did some research to learn how to keep it low. Having a healthy sugar intake and getting more exercise are obviously two of my priorities, but an article I read suggests cinnamon may also help boost First, I tried the cheaper regular capsules, but then discovered the ceylon cinnamon is much more effective. It has consistently been hard for me to control my high blood pressure and moderate LDL cholesterol levels. Since taking your product for a little over 8 weeks, together with some dietary changes I have seen a considerable drop in LDL Cholesterol and an increase in HDL Cholesterol while also seeing my blood pressure decrease to a much more acceptable level. Although I never considered my blood sugar levels to be that bad, I have also noticed improvement in them. It is still good to see any improvement. The results I am seeing are excellent and I hope to see even better results as I continue to take it (I will keep you posted). I have experience reduced inflammation that has lead to a decrease in overall aches and pains (I am 62 and they are a fact of life now). There are a few products on the market which contain Ceylon Cinnamon, but this is my first find that actually tastes like cinnamon. So far, it has been the best product I have tried. The swallowing of this was very easy, I didn't struggle at all. In my experience, I use this product quite a bit, and it is very apparent after a while whether or not it was worth purchasing. As far as my experience with products goes, this is one of my favorites. A benefit of this is that it does not have any aftertaste.
