As long as it contains the real Cinnamomum verum and not the cheaper and less healthful Cinnamomum cassia, I'm inclined to like it. There is only one problem with this capsule it will not swallow easily no matter how much water I wash it down When I take it, I must immediately eat something in order to get it to go down, otherwise it sticks low in my throat, dissolves, and gives me heartburn and makes my throat sting.
