It also means that the manufacturer must use other means to convey the purity or quality of the product to its consumers. There is a missing element. Because I am well versed in spice, I performed a "sniff" test of the capsule by opening it. little smell of cinnamon characteristic to the spice. Comparing these brands with the regular grocery store brands, such as 5th season and McCormick, I found that they are much stronger smelling. The cinnamon bark smell comes from an active ingredient called cinnamaldehyde, which has a somewhat volatile nature. In this case, the fat metabolism is sped up. So, it would appear that these are taken from barks which are not of great quality and lack the cinnamonaldehyde that gives the cinnamon smell. This is no longer in my shopping cart. Store brands of cinnamon are better than those in grocery stores.

I am taking these supplements as an addition to other supplements I'm taking for pcos and I heard it helps with extra hair growth. I have taken them for almost a month and have not noticed any negative side effects, although my hair does not grow back quite as fast. Even though the vitamins taste bad, it isn't as bad as any other dietary supplement.

I'm not taking the product anymore because it has pork in it, and I wish it would specify that it has pro-gelatin in it. I wish it would specify that it has pro-gelatin, but now that I know it has pork in it, I stop taking it.
