How can I tell if this is genuine cinnamon from Ceylon?

I am purchasing Ceylon Cinnamon for the first time. When the strong taste and smell of cinnamon are signs that this is real Ceylon Cinnamon, then this is what you should be looking for. It is the first time that I have tasted a cinnamon this good. This image probably gives you a sense of the texture, that might be considered a bit heavy. As far as taste is concerned, this cinnamon is excellent.

Why is there a bag under there?

I think that maybe the cinnamon will come out if you look underneath the bag and it's open. You may be surprised to find something buried there, or it might be a trick to get you interested enough to buy it. That's something you'll have to discover for yourself.

The flavor and taste of this ceylon cinnamon are similar to that of frontier cinnamon What can you tell us about Op's Ceylon cinnamon (for those who have ?

This flavor is really good for your diabetes and it has a nice taste

This is a false advertisement! NO, it isn't Ceylon, but Cassia Cinnamon
3/5

It came to my attention over two weeks ago and I opened it tonight as I used up my last of Simply Organic Ceylon Cinnamon from Whole Foods. Opening Anthony's bag of "so-called" snacks was like opening a present As soon as I caught a whiff of the strong cinnamon scent coming from the product "Ceylon Cinnamon Powder" I saw the red flag. As I poured in my cereal, I saw that the powder floated on top of At that time, I realized it was not genuine Ceylon cinnamon. Unlike Cassia (regular) cinnamon, Simply Organic Ceylon Cinnamon blends near perfectly in liquids, and it provides a unique odor and flavor all its own. After having learned through research that Ceylon cinnamon is supposed to be the "true" cinnamon with health benefits cinnamon is deigned to have, with regular Cassia cinnamon most commonly found on the market could actually not offer those health benefits, and come with potentially adverse side effects such as liver damage. The misleading product labeling by Anthony leaves me very disappointed, and I cannot get a refund from Amazon. This might be something I take directly to the company as well. Unfortunately, here's a bad news, because I used to love and use the pound organic corn starch from this company that I also ordered from Update (June 16, 2020) On January 28th, 2020, I had sent a message through Anthony's Goods' website explaining the problem I encountered with their product, and requested that a refund be issued or the product I requested be delivered to me. It is unclear whether or not I received a reply. My life had been a whirlwind for a while, but finally I sent another e-mail, this time A date has been set for March 6, 2020 As I explained to their company in January, I had attempted to reach them in order to resolve the issue. I have not received a response yet. In a recent email I sent to contact@anthonysgoods on Saturday, June 13th 2020, I mentioned a product release coming up. The company. The message has not yet been responded to. Anthony's Goods is the last place I'll ever buy anything. Just today, I purchased Rapunzel organic corn starch on Amazon since I had almost finished the organic corn starch I had from them a few days ago. On June 16,2020 I finally received the following email

Update (6/19/20)
On June 16,2020 I finally received the following email The cinnamon that you received was Ceylon cinnamon, which is sorry to inform you. The products we provide are organic certified and we work closely with our local farmers to ensure high quality. At this time, we cannot accept returns. We apologize, but unfortunately, this cannot be done.

And I responded today (6/19/20) as follows My package of Ceylon was actually Cassia under the label Ceylon. " "Unfortunately, I received Cassia instead of Ceylon. " There is a difference between the two for me. If Anthony's team were to double-check their calculations, I would strongly encourage them to You should check their quality control measures and make sure that your Ceylon and Cassia cinnamon aren't accidentally mixed up somewhere along the production line. To ensure that the product is Ceylon, you can test it from your suppliers. As Anthony's team failed to resolve my experience with this last purchase, and it has taken the company almost half a year to give me a response after repeated attempts to communicate, I regretfully no longer consider you as a company I will do business with. "

This company has done enough for me.

Although the reviews were great, I was disappointed to have cinnamon with the kit
3/5

Although i read all the great reviews for this cinnamon, I am very disappointed with the fact that its best used date is only 10 months and it has a bitter dirty taste!

UPDATE It took me a while to find out that this is a more inferior variety or quality This is usually the variety verum that I get. There is nothing better than a fresh and sweet strawberry. Because I didn't make the effort to order on time, I'm at fault. Pay what you want and you'll get what you're looking This is the last time I will order it. The company does not seem to care if the customers are satisfied because they do not have a return policy.

It is filled with cinnamon in the form of gross hair
3/5

Today I received this and began to fill a jar with it when Among the plastic and hair was a piece of plastic. I was grossly disappointed and I would not recommend it. This should be thrown in the trash. The trash is in the bin. There was a spill of cinnamon on the floor, and they scooped it up The gross amount.

In the philosophy of Cinnamon there is a Platonic Ideal
5/5

This cinnamon offers such a fantastic scent and taste that it's almost hard to believe. Almost orange-like, it smells of spicy Christmas with only a slight hint of sweetness. It is possible to get Ceylon Cinnamon in multiple store brands like Organic Wise (the most popular here on Amazon, twice the price for the same size bag), and you can get countless store brands of cinnamon in different grades. The only thing that can compare to this is Despite its earthy smell, Organic Wise is not particularly sweet or spicy, but it is filled with a full body of aroma. Most of the time, they do not In comparison, Ceylon store-brand products tend to be on the sweeter side without a particularly spicy aroma or rich taste. Anthony's is in a whole other league, and when I smelt it, I was surprised to realize that it was all I can't get enough of the scent. There is nothing better than saying it is Christmassy. As a quick fruit salad, I sprinkled a bit of that on some orange segments. This is amazing. Cinnamon is one of those things that you want to put on everything. I have never tried it before or had the urge to use it. Getting the benefits of cinnamon from it is amazing, and Ceylon cinnamon has less of the harmful chemicals (cormarins), so you should eat it in quantity if you will consume it in large quantities The Apple Pie ACV drink I make allows me to get the health benefits of both of these powerful foods in one easy-to-make, delicious Additionally, it gives me energy when I exercise, and it also reduces my appetite and helps me lose weight. Here is how to make it Put in a jar or bottle 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar and the mother (e. g. The Bragg's Company)
1- To dissolve the cinnamon in the vinegar, add 5 tsp of ceylon cinnamon, a few drops of vanilla extract, and 10 drops liquid stevia (or to taste). Stir until the cinnamon is dissolved. You can then fill it up with 16 oz (2 cups) of water, shake it According to a quick Google search, Anthony's cinnamon dissolved nearly completely in this, whereas other brands didn't. There is no way I can explain this, but perhaps it is finer and will mix in better with There is a sense of smell and I feel as if I am washing my hands This is the cinnamon that is supposed to taste like. It does not taste like any other cinnamon that I have tried. You might want to take a chance and try it just to find out what it is like. You have to see it to believe it.

A test for Glyphosate (roundup) revealed the presence of the chemical

I find it interesting that an organic product isn't as clean as you might think. A different source will be used to order.

Buying this is not a good idea
3/5

Buying is not a good idea! There is something wrong with this cinnamon! My main problem is it does not dissolve. It smells and tastes bad, but it does not dissolve very easily. Everything I have tried to dissolve it has failed, even if I add it to a hot beverage. The hot beverage ends up tasting as if it were sand. No return will be accepted for this product despite its inability to function! The Amazon Prime membership I have right now is not making me happy. I will never buy anything from them again, despite the fact some of their other items are quite nice. The 14 dollars they stole from me feel like they were taken from me blatantly.

Neither from Ceylon nor from South Asia
3/5

The following is the case Known as "Ceylon" cinnamon, this spice is from India and has an odd flavor. It didn't lower my wife's blood sugar as significantly as authentic cinnamon. There is another product that I am going with.
