Rather than digestive enzymes, I've been taking these and they've been helping me a lot.
As per the ingredients list, glycerine is not listed. Glycerine is not listed among the other ingredients. In my experience, this digestive has produced good results.
If you keep yours at room temperature, it is fine I am not sure if you should keep it in the refrigerator.
One set of stamped numbers appears on the left hand side of the front label only. As the bar code is on the same side as the month and year, I thought the last two digits would be the month and year A year is given, but it does not say when it expires. Perhaps it's the date when the film was released? It has been since August 2019 that I have been using the bottle I am currently using. It still has a half of a bottle left in it.
